La struttura
L’Hotel Villa Grazioli nasce nell’antica casina di caccia dei Duchi Grazioli Lante della Rovere. L’edificio, un tempo conosciuto come Villa Lecci, conserva ancora oggi l’impianto dell’antico casale, nonostante le trasformazioni che hanno interessato la tenuta nel corso del tempo.
Lo stile gotico
La villa unisce l’architettura originaria del casale a elementi di gusto neogotico e medievaleggiante. Bugnati, cornici in laterizio, balconi, logge e bow-window caratterizzano gli edifici e ne definiscono l’aspetto elegante e scenografico.

decorazioni
Le maioliche decorate dei pavimenti e i soffitti a cassettoni impreziosiscono gli ambienti con motivi geometrici, floreali e rosette dai toni ocra, blu e verdi. Un insieme di dettagli che racconta il gusto decorativo della villa e la cura riservata ai suoi interni.
The building
Hotel Villa Grazioli is located in the former hunting lodge of the Dukes Grazioli Lante della Rovere. The building, once known as Villa Lecci, still retains the layout of the ancient farmhouse, despite the transformations the estate has undergone over time.
Gothic style
The villa combines the original farmhouse architecture with neo-Gothic and medieval elements. Rustication, brick cornices, balconies, loggias, and bay windows characterize the buildings and define their elegant and dramatic appearance.
Majolica & Decorations
The decorated majolica floors and coffered ceilings embellish the rooms with geometric, floral, and rosette motifs in ochre, blue, and green tones. A combination of details that reflects the villa's decorative style and the care taken in its interiors.
The details
It's the small details that preserve Villa Grazioli's character: arches, cornices, balconies, loggias, railings, and brickwork adorn the façades. Even the property's ancient entrances retain traces of the original villa.

Una storia di famiglia
Le radici del nostro gruppo risalgono agli anni Ottanta, quando due fratelli della famiglia Passalacqua credettero fortemente nelle potenzialità di Roma e nello sviluppo della sua ospitalità.
Uno di loro, mio zio, oggi purtroppo non più tra noi, ha dedicato la propria vita alla costruzione di un progetto alberghiero ambizioso, lasciandoci un’importante eredità imprenditoriale e, soprattutto, un patrimonio umano fatto di valori, serietà, rispetto, dedizione e passione.
Da quasi quarant’anni portiamo avanti quella visione, unendo la proprietà degli immobili alla gestione diretta delle strutture e mantenendo un legame profondo con il territorio e con le persone.
